Due to the untimely transfer of responsibility from administar to NGS for DME claims submission, DME submitters will need a form change. If you have not already� been contacted by our office, please call and you will be promptly serviced. The form change takes just a moment and a rebill will be needed. Thank you for your patience.

Medicaid Not Ready For Prime Time

In spite of the May 23^rd deadline under the CMS mandate regarding NPI numbers, Medicaid is not ready to accept NPI numbers only. For that reason some of you may experience delays getting your Medicaid checks. In order to avoid having to wait for Medicaid to get their act together, HCDS is working on a software fix to clear up this problem. This should be all worked out in the next day or two. If you have been getting rejects from Medicaid, you will need to rebill once we have the software adjusted. Please look on our website and we will inform you when a rebill should be done. Expect� Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
